December Workshop

What does the workshop involve?

Spend time among a horse family herd, held and facilitated by Claire, while Edie gently guides us through art therapy processes exploring the themes of Listening and Softening. Together, we’ll experience the powerful and playful presence of the horses and the motion of creative expression, delving into our inner world with curiosity. The horses, an attuned and spirited herd, offer their quiet, steady wisdom and provide immediate biofeedback as we slow down, deepen our awareness, and lean into what arises, while the art making provides a space to give form to our experience. We will gather at 9 am sharp and begin with a safety introduction to being with horses in this environment, followed by a session walk-through and grounding meditation. From there, we’ll move into art making and time with the herd. We’ll then shift into a reflective practice and close with either quiet integration or an opportunity to share within the group.

When: Saturday 13th December 2025

Where: Equus Experiencing, Burringbar NSW (Address & Directions to be provided upon booking confirmation)

Time: 9am - 11.30 am

Exchange: $80

Please note this workshop is available for ages 18+.

On this occasion it is not suitable if you are pregnant or for children to also attend. No prior experience with horses or art is necessary. 

Art materials and light refreshments provided. 

Upon booking, you will be required to complete an intake page to determine that this workshop will be in alignment with your intentions to work with the horses and art therapy.
