What does Sex Therapy look like?

Psychosexual Therapy offers a sex-positive and safe space to explore sexuality, sexual identity, gender identity, desires and experiences. My practice is inspired by somatics, embodiment and a “body up” approach, integrating the the mind, body and spirit. I value a trauma-informed and non-pathologising practice, providing a safe container for clients to share, learn and explore.

Pleasure is a vital part of wellbeing, and challenges around sexuality often point to deeper layers of pain, shame, trauma, or disconnection. Together, we gently untangle these threads, reconnecting you to your vitality and sense of self.

Those looking for a more educational approach, I offer Sex Education sessions as an alternative to therapy. While this isn’t a therapeutic service, it still provides a supportive, informed space to learn about sexuality, relationships, and embodiment, with guidance tailored to your unique needs and questions.
