What does Sex Therapy look like?

Psychosexual Therapy offers a sex-positive and safe space to explore sexuality, sexual identity, gender identity, desires and experiences. My practice is inspired by somatics, embodiment and a β€œbody up” approach, integrating the the mind, body and spirit. I value a trauma-informed and non-pathologising practice, providing a safe container for clients to share, learn and explore.

Pleasure is a vital part of wellbeing, and challenges around sexuality often point to deeper layers of emotional pain, shame, trauma, or disconnection. Together, we gently untangle these threads, reconnecting you to your vitality and sense of self.
